Strong for Life exercise program meets Wednesdays at 8:30a.m, and Fridays 8:30a.m.  Please join us.

Three Quarter Club to meet the Sunday of each month at 4p.m.  Those 75 and older, along with their spouses are encouraged to attend.  

   Blood Pressure –Every 2^nd Sunday of the month after church Deb Schultz will be available to take your blood pressure taken!
